The Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business (NUGSB) invites applications for faculty positions at the ranks Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor in the areas of Strategic Management, International Management, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources. We seek future colleagues to contribute to our growing research faculty. Candidates should have a PhD degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution, an excellent research record or the potential to publish their work in top journals in the field. We welcome highly-qualified entry-level applicants as well as experienced faculty.

About NUGSB

NUGSB has a small, but rapidly growing research faculty. We have attracted faculty who received their PhDs from Cornell, Columbia, Stanford, INSEAD, University of Michigan, Purdue, University of Illinois, University of Maryland, Virginia Tech, Washington University at St Louis, ESSEC, Milan, Erasmus University Rotterdam, KU Leuven, London School of Economics and Solvay Business School, ULB.

Our faculty members have published their work in leading journals such as Rand Journal of Economics, Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, Organization Science, Journal of Management Studies, Organizational Research Methods, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Accounting Research, The Accounting Review, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Finance, American Economic Review, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Operations Research, Production and Operations Management and Decision Sciences.

The Graduate School of Business has a strategic collaboration with Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, one of the highest-ranked business schools globally. Fuqua School of Business is also actively involved in recruiting, mentoring and supporting NUGSB faculty in teaching and research.
