The Department of Management invites applications for a tenure-track position in management to begin Spring semester 2023. An earned doctorate with a focus on organizational behavior, human resource management, or leadership from an AACSB accredited university preferred (those in the final stage of dissertation completion will be considered). Candidates’ primary research and teaching interests should be in Organization Behavior, Human Resources, and/or Leadership. A strong academic background in leadership with significant applied experience is preferred. Salary and benefits are competitive and depend on the finalist’s qualifications.
Required: Applicants must meet AACSB accreditation requirements as described in the standards of the Davis College of Business and Economics.
Preferred: Teaching experience in the areas of organizational management, human resource management, and/or leadership is preferred. Significant professional experience in one of the three areas would be ideal.
