This full-time faculty position is on campus and in person.

The Department of Entrepreneurship & Innovation in the Neeley School of Business at TCU invites nominations and applications for an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor of Professional Practice position. The faculty line requires a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship and innovation or a closely related field but is not a tenure track position. The position entails teaching 12 credit hours per semester (4-4) at the undergraduate and MBA level, providing high-level service to the University and discipline, interacting with business leaders, and performing other faculty responsibilities. There are also opportunities for summer teaching.

The successful candidate is expected to contribute to enhancing the professional environment in the Neeley School. Candidates must possess an earned doctorate and have relevant experience in teaching entrepreneurship and innovation. Evidence of a solid track record and excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels is essential. The position includes service responsibilities: undergraduate and graduate curriculum/program development, university, school and department committees and other duties as needed. Applicants will not be evaluated on the basis of their research, and there are no expectations of research productivity for re-appointment. Salary range is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

The Department of Entrepreneurship & Innovation offers an undergraduate major and minor, and an MBA emphasis in entrepreneurship and innovation. The TCU Neeley School of Business is comprised of six academic departments including Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Information Systems and Supply Chain Management, Management and Leadership, and Marketing. The TCU Neeley School of Business has an annual enrollment of 3,248 (2021-2022) undergraduate and graduate students, 215 employees and 24,595 alumni. The Neeley School is proud to be fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) for our undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition, our Accounting Department is among an elite number (less than 200) accredited by AACSB.
