The Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise Area at INSEAD invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position based at INSEAD’s Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.

Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD is one of the leading entrepreneurship departments in terms of research productivity and the spectrum of class offerings. The faculty in the area of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise are widely recognized for their excellence in research, as reflected by their publications in top academic journals and their leadership positions in the academic community. Our faculty serve as senior, associate, and guest editors at top journals in the management field such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, Academy of Management Journal and Strategic Management Journal. We offer an exceptionally stimulating environment for entrepreneurship and organizations scholars thanks to our commitment to high-impact academic research.
We are interested in entry-level candidates as well as mid-career applicants.
We favor applicants who can contribute strongly to academic research and teaching. We welcome applicants with strong theoretical, analytical and data management skills who obtained their Ph.D. in entrepreneurship, organization theory, sociology, or strategy. Research topics are open, but we are especially interested in candidates with an interest in family enterprises.
Experienced applicants who are currently holding a faculty position in an academic institution should demonstrate an excellent track record in publishing and teaching. Junior applicants and PhD candidates should provide a promising research pipeline.
