The Department of Management of  ESSEC Business School (Paris campus) is recruiting for several faculty positions, effective September 2023:

• A tenure-track faculty position at assistant professor level in organizational behavior
• An open rank position (with a particular focus on senior assistant professor, associate professor, and full professor levels) in organizational behavior, and
• An open rank position (with a particular focus on senior assistant professor, associate professor, and full professor levels) in entrepreneurship.

Applicants must demonstrate an ability to conduct high quality research, taking micro-, meso-, or macro-approaches to organizational behavior or entrepreneurial phenomena, respectively, and the potential to teach in an international environment. Teaching responsibilities for organizational behavior positions will include core OB undergraduate and graduate courses, depending on the position.  Teaching responsibilities for the entrepreneurship position will include introductory and advanced courses in entrepreneurship, which can be combined with core OB or strategy courses, depending on the candidate’s expertise. Knowledge of French is not required for these positions.

The Management Department at ESSEC Business School consists of more than 30 faculty with expertise in organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, human resources, organizational theory, and strategy.
