The Faculty of Asia School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Entrepreneurship.
Candidates are expected to have solid training in empirical studies of Entrepreneurship. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. from an internationally recognized institution and have a track record (or strong potential) to publish in top international journals commensurate with rank.
We are looking for applicants who are passionate about impactful and actionable research, committed to excellence, and who can demonstrate the ability or potential to teach effectively in MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education programs. The successful candidate should also be willing to contribute in a proactive and collegial manner to the institutional development as well as its national and international visibility.
Although not required, we consider favorably the candidates with a focus on Southeast Asia and/or experience in emerging markets. We will also highly consider candidates with an interest in advising students’ experiential learning through group and individual “Action Learning” projects in partner companies, which is a distinguishing feature of our MBA program.
The Asia School of Business (ASB) is the newest MIT Sloan School of Management collaboration, supported by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Central Bank of Malaysia.
