The Department of Business at the American University in Bulgaria invites exceptional candidates to apply for a tenure-track position in management starting in fall 2023.
The successful candidate will be a management generalist and will be teaching both required and elective courses within the Department as the need arises and/or depending on the candidate’s background.
The Business Administration major has three required courses:
Management in a Global Environment (a foundation course)
Organizational Theory and Behavior, and
Other electives may include Human Resources Management, Leadership, Negotiations, Entrepreneurship, Conflict and Change Management, Management Communication, and other areas in the fields of management and entrepreneurship.
