The Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise Area at INSEAD invites applications for an open-rank tenure-track faculty position based at INSEAD’s Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.
INSEAD is a global business school with campuses in France, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. Faculty in the Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise area are widely recognized for their excellence in research, as reflected by publications in top-tier academic journals and leadership positions in the academic community. Our faculty serve as senior, associate, and guest editors at top journals that include Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal.
We offer an exceptionally stimulating research environment for management scholars with a strong theoretical grounding in organization theory or strategy, and an interest in entrepreneurial phenomena such as start-ups, innovation, new technologies and practices, corporate entrepreneurship, incubators and accelerators, venture capital and private equity, and family enterprise.
The rank of the position is open, but we are particularly interested in hiring at the Assistant Professor level.
We favor applicants who can contribute strongly to academic research and teaching in a global setting. Applicants should have strong theoretical, analytical, and data management skills.
We are interested in candidates holding, or who are close to completing, a PhD from a top academic institution.
Experienced applicants holding a faculty position in an academic institution should demonstrate an excellent track record in publishing and teaching. PhD candidates should have a promising research pipeline.
