The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business invites applications for multiple  open rank tenure-track faculty positions with research and teaching interests on the general topic of racial disparities in business-related areas including economic opportunity, access to capital, employment, career advancement, and entrepreneurship. The holders of these positions will join a scholarly community – the newly created Fisher DEI Business Research Initiative – that spans all academic units within the college and that has an ultimate aim of reducing opportunity gaps for members of under-represented groups and minority-owned business enterprises.
