JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Management Division at Penn State Great Valley is seeking qualified applicants for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level in the area of management and leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching six courses per academic year to graduate students, advising students, conducting academic research, and performing program, campus, and University service assignments commensurate with experience and rank. Teaching assignments may include both online and on-campus instruction in the field of management and leadership, specifically in topics such as introduction to management, strategic management, leadership development, and ethical dimensions of leadership.
Qualifications include an earned doctorate in management, leadership, or a closely related field. Prior teaching experience and a demonstrated record of research accomplishments are required. Position is available as of Fall 2024. Must have an earned doctorate (or have completed all degree requirements) by start date.
