The Yale School of Management (SOM) is soliciting applications for tenure-track faculty in Organizational Behavior (OB). The search is open to candidates at all ranks. Macro, Meso, and Micro scholars are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree (or will earn the degree within one semester from the start of the appointment) in Organizational Behavior or a field that is broadly related, including psychology, sociology, management, public health, education, and the many related disciplines that inform how groups organize.
