The starting salary will be from £41,732 up to £51,283 on Grade F (Lecturer) and £49,794 up to £64,914 on Grade G (Senior Lecturer), depending on qualifications and experience.

The University of Exeter Business School seeks to appoint to several fixed term 2 year posts to join our team of exceptional academics whose research and teaching impacts on the most fundamental challenges facing the world today.

We are particularly interested in recruiting individuals who teach relevant to our fundamental themes of environmental sustainability, responsible leadership, and digital transformation.
The individuals we are hoping to recruit will be able to bridge some of our key teaching themes and groups including:
International HRM/People Management (OBHRM)
International Business (BSM)
Marketing (BSM)
Innovation Management (ITE)
Operations and Supply Chain Management (OA)
We also encourage applications from individuals with expertise with advanced data analytic techniques or computational modelling to complement recent major investments at the University of Exeter, such as the Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Successful candidates will also help us to deliver an inclusive and innovative education to our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

For a Lecturer post you will have:
A strong and demonstrable interest in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
A PhD or equivalent
A strong potential for academic leadership
Enthusiasm and/or experience for delivering high quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes
For a Senior Lecturer post, in addition to the above, you will have:
Clear evidence of academic leadership
Relationships with external organisations and funders/ and knowledge and experience of key sectors or business challenges
