The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level in the Management Department, beginning fall 2024 and subject to budget approval. Candidates must have completed a PhD or doctoral degree in Management. Candidates should have primary foci on entrepreneurship and strategic management. Those with demonstrated interest in non-profits are of particular interest. Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching, preferably with experience and verified excellence at the undergraduate level. Candidates must also have a demonstrated ability to publish quality research in peer-reviewed journals. Strong applicants will be committed to: cross-disciplinary collaboration and collegiality; the development of innovative and creative classroom educational experience; a commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in using technology in the classroom; service to the department, school of business, university, community and profession. A faculty member may teach at the Fairfield and/or Bridgeport campus. The salary and benefits for the position are competitive.
