$90,000 - $110,000
Job Summary:
This is a term (non-tenure-track) position in quantitative reasoning and analytics. The successful candidate will be expected to teach all levels of quantitative reasoning courses from introduction through the graduate level.
We are seeking faculty members who, in addition to teaching their classes, participate in the life of the School and its activities. This will include attending faculty and School events on campus, and participating in the community as a representative of Marist College and the School of Management. The School of Management will be accepting applications immediately for the position as a Professional Lecturer for the Fall 2024 semester (August 2024 start date).
We welcome candidates who will place a strong emphasis on quality teaching in a small classroom setting. Our typical class size is fewer than 25 students. The expected course load for our term faculty is 24 credits, typically distributed as a 4:4 course load.
Minimum Qualifications:
Related professional experience is required. A master’s degree or higher is also required. Minimum of five years of experience in related field.
Essential Functions:
Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. Demonstrating continued professional vibrancy and connections to the profession. Advising students, taking part in service activities, and serving on committees as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest, training, and experience related to analytics, finance, economics, or quantitative analysis preferred. Teaching experience and significant service to one’s profession are also helpful to the candidacy.

Tuition Benefits:
Up to 16 undergraduate credits per semester. Up to 18 graduate credit per academic calendar. Eligibility extends to employee, spouse, and dependent children under age 26.
College pays 100% tuition only.
Eligible dependents may be Reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester towards tuition at another accredited institution.
*Eligibility requirements including waiting periods and/or employee probationary periods may apply at the discretion of the College.
