The Haile College of Business at Northern Kentucky University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management position. The expected start date for the position is August 2024.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. or DBA in Management or related fields from an AACSB-accredited program. Additional areas of expertise will be considered including Leadership, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, or other related Management areas. ABDs with evidence of imminent completion of their degree will also be considered.
The position includes responsibilities in the areas of research, teaching, and service. Teaching responsibilities may include undergraduate and graduate courses, online and/or in the classroom in the areas of Management, with potential opportunities to teach courses in principles of management, managing in organizations, strategies for high performing organizations, and project management, and/or other areas depending on expertise.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, engagement in scholarship is required. The successful candidate is expected to publish quality peer-reviewed academic research; participate in engaged service; and exhibit a commitment and sensitivity to fostering a working and learning environment which is supportive of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
