Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College (MBSC) of Business & Entrepreneurship is a private Business School in Saudi Arabia established through an international partnership between EMAAR The Economic City, Babson Global, Lockheed Martin under the umbrella of the Economic Offset Program in KSA, and the MiSK foundation. We aim to set new standards of excellence for business education in the Middle East region. As part of our growth, we are seeking candidates for full-time positions, preferably at the senior Assistant or Associate level. Immediate needs include positions in Leadership, Strategy, and Operations Management, although candidates in other fields will also be considered (Accounting / Economics / Finance / Marketing / Organizational Behaviour / Entrepreneurship). We expect the applicants to demonstrate strong potential for research excellence, commensurate to their career stage. We teach at the Master in Management (MiM), Master in Finance (MiF) and Executive MBA levels, and faculty members are expected to participate in the design and delivery of new programs and executive education courses. We welcome applicants with a research focus and teaching experience in any of a broad range of areas in the respective disciplines. MBSC offers a competitive package for expatriates that includes housing and educational subsidies, and there is no income tax in Saudi Arabia. We offer a 3-year contract, renewable based on performance.
