The Lecturer in Management in Australia is equivalent to an assistant professor, and it is a balanced teaching and research role.  We have three vacant positions and are recruiting in any subfield of management, including entrepreneurship, human resource management, international business, operations and supply chain, organisational behaviour, or strategy. The typical teaching schedule for lecturers in this role is three classes per academic year. The successful applicant will conduct high-impact research, teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, and supervise research students. They will make a positive contribution to the Department’s culture of collaboration and innovation, support delivery of strategic goals and enhance the reputation of the Department, School and University.
