Assistant/Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management - School of
University of Michigan-Flint seeks a highly qualified applicant for a tenure-track faculty position in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management beginning Fall, 2025. Academic rank is open. Teaching responsibilities for the position will include courses in our Bachelor and Master of Business Administration programs as well as our Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics program. There may also be an option to teach in our online Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program. Specific course load will be determined based on candidate expertise and department needs.
