IE University´s Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions at the Assistant professor level, starting in the 2025 academic year. We welcome applications for openings in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and Operations & Business Analytics departments.

The successful candidates have the potential to develop an active research program resulting in publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with faculty from other disciplines as well as provide intellectual leadership in their area.

Salary for these positions will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

All applicants should have earned a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized school by the date of the appointment.  Previous experience in teaching is a plus and Spanish proficiency is desirable, but not required. English is the main language of instruction and of institutional communication.
