Duties The appointee will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conduct high-quality research, engage in scholarly activities, supervise students, and undertake administrative and student-related activities.
Requirements Candidates must have a PhD or near its completion in Management or related disciplines (including but not limited to entrepreneurship, human resources management, international business, organisational behavior, and strategic management). The successful candidate should demonstrate strong potential to publish in top-tier management journals as well as teaching excellence in the classroom. Teaching experience at the postgraduate and executive levels is a plus but not required. The successful candidate will also be expected to make contributions through service to the Department, the University, and/or the broader academic community.
Salary and Conditions of Service Remuneration package will be driven by market competitiveness and individual performance. Excellent fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and relocation assistance (where applicable). Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract.
